目的探讨燃煤电厂作业人员职业应激与糖脂代谢水平的关系。方法采用整群抽样方法,选择8家燃煤电厂525名作业人员为研究对象,采用《职业紧张量表》调查作业人员的职业应激水平,采集作业人员肘静脉血测定血糖(GLU)和血脂水平。结果 GLU和低密度脂蛋白(LDL)水平均分别与职业任务分量表(ORQ)、紧张反应分量表得分呈正相关(P<0.01);GLU和TG水平分别与应对资源分量表得分呈负相关(P<0.01)。525名作业人员以及其中的238名管理人员中,其GLU和LDL水平均呈现随着职业应激水平增高而增高的剂量-效应关系(P<0.05);相较于职业应激低和中水平组,职业应激高水平组的总胆固醇和甘油三酯(TG)水平均升高(P<0.05),高密度脂蛋白水平下降(P<0.05)。287名生产人员中,其GLU水平有随着职业应激水平增高而增高的剂量-效应关系(P<0.05),职业应激高水平组LDL和TG水平均分别高于职业应激低、中水平组(P<0.05)。结论燃煤电厂作业人员职业应激与糖脂代谢水平之间存在相关性;职业应激水平越高,对糖脂代谢影响越明显。
Objective To investigate the relationship between occupational stress and glucose and lipid metabolism in coal-fired power plant workers. Methods The cluster sampling method was used to select 525 workers in 8 coal-fired power plants as the research object. The occupational stress level of workers was investigated by occupational stress scale. Blood samples were collected from elbow venous blood to measure blood glucose (GLU) and blood lipids Level. Results The levels of GLU and LDL were positively correlated with the occupational task subscale (ORQ) and stress response subscales, respectively (P <0.01). The levels of GLU and TG were negatively correlated with the coping scores P <0.01). Among 525 workers and 238 of them, the GLU and LDL levels showed a dose-effect relationship (P <0.05) which increased with the increase of occupational stress level. Compared with the low and medium level of occupational stress (P <0.05) and high density lipoprotein (P <0.05) in high stress group and high stress group. Among 287 production workers, the GLU level had a dose-effect relationship with the increase of occupational stress level (P <0.05), and the level of LDL and TG in high occupational stress group were higher than that of low occupational stress Level group (P <0.05). Conclusion There is a correlation between occupational stress and glucose and lipid metabolism level in coal-fired power plant workers. The higher the occupational stress level, the more obvious the effect on glucose and lipid metabolism.
