C620型车床在我国机械工厂中数量很多,使用很广。我们在长期修理实践中,对以下十个方面作了改进。这些改进,在改善使用性能和减少机床故障,或在修理上都带来不少好处,技术经济效果亦佳。现介绍如下,供读者参考。一车头箱皮带轮卸荷座原结构见图1。皮带轮和卸荷座之间装有两个滚动轴承(213),用一个外隔套隔开。通过调整圆螺母(M56×1.5)的位置来消除轴承的轴向间隙,并施加预加载荷。在实际使用中,若轴承内环与座体配合过紧,皮带轮装卸很不方便;若配合较松,运转时轴承内环与座体会相对转动,而造成磨损。同时,圆螺母的调整全凭手转动皮带轮的轻重感觉来掌握,往往难以调整
