本文探讨了常温氧化铁硫的本征动力学及宏观动力学特征。指出该过程具有不可逆性、一级反应性及自催化性,并分作两个阶段按连续反应模型及渐进反应模型进行。用两段反应机理解释了自催化现象。对成型脱硫剂脱硫过程,实验表明外扩散及内扩散有着显著的阻碍作用。分别对粉末脱硫及成型脱硫推导了机理型动力学方程,(计入液膜的表面扩散)。
In this paper, the intrinsic kinetics and macroscopic kinetic characteristics of iron oxide sulfur at room temperature are discussed. It is pointed out that this process has irreversibility, first-order reactivity and autocatalytic activity and is divided into two stages according to continuous reaction model and gradual reaction model. Autocatalysis is explained by two stages of reaction mechanism. For the desulfurization desulfurization process, experiments show that external diffusion and internal diffusion have a significant impeding effect. The mechanism kinetic equation was deduced for the desulphurization and desulphurization of the powder, respectively (accounting for the surface diffusion of the liquid film).
