目的:考察市售壁虎药材质量,建立药材质量标准研究方法。方法:分别对壁虎进行薄层(TLC)鉴别及水分、水溶性浸出物、醇溶性浸出物、灰分、总多糖成分分析。结果:采用优化TLC鉴别方法,5批药材样品中成分均可实现较好分离,并在相应位置有良好对应;所测药材含水量均低于6%,水、醇溶性浸出物分别为8.90%~12.72%、8.30%~13.17%,总灰分、酸不溶性灰分分别为9.38%~13.50%、3.03%~5.89%;采用水提醇沉法提取蛋白、TCA法除蛋白,可得精制多糖,该方法回收率达97.45%,测得5批药材的多糖含量为0.23%~0.41%。结论:该方法简单可行,可为进一步的药材质量标准研究提供参考依据。
Objective: To investigate the quality of gecko medicinal materials on the market and establish the research methods of medicinal quality standards. Methods: The gecko was identified by thin layer (TLC) and water, water-soluble extract, alcohol-soluble extract, ash, total polysaccharide composition analysis. Results: The optimized TLC method was used to identify the constituents in 5 batches of medicinal samples, and their corresponding positions were well matched. The water content of the tested herbs was less than 6%, and the contents of water and alcohol-soluble extracts were 8.90% ~ 12.72% and 8.30% ~ 13.17%, respectively. The total ash and acid-insoluble ash were 9.38% -13.50% and 3.03% -5.89% respectively. The protein was extracted by water extraction and alcohol precipitation method, The recovery rate of the method reached 97.45%. The polysaccharide content of five batches of medicinal materials was 0.23% -0.41%. Conclusion: This method is simple and feasible, which can provide reference for further research on quality standard of medicinal materials.
