目的研究玉簪Hosta plantaginea(Lam.)Aschers花的化学成分。方法应用Sephadex LH-20和HPLC柱,对玉簪花水提物进行分离纯化,通过波谱数据对所得化合物的结构进行鉴定。结果从中分离出13个化合物,分别鉴定为4-羟基苯甲醛(1)、4-羟基-苯乙酮(2)、5,7-二甲氧基-8甲基-4’-羟基黄烷(3)、5,7-二甲氧基-4’-羟基黄烷(4)、表儿茶素(5)、儿茶素(6)、表没食子儿茶素(7)、没食子儿茶素(8)、香豆酸(9)、苯乙基-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(10)、苯乙酮-4-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(11)、2-羟基-6-甲氧基苯乙酮-4-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(12)、3,4-二羟基肉桂醇-3-O-葡萄糖苷(13)。结论所有化合物均为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Aim To study the chemical constituents of Hosta plantaginea (Lam.) Aschers. Methods Sephadex LH-20 and HPLC columns were used to separate and purify the aqueous extracts from Hosta flower, and the structures of the obtained compounds were identified by spectral data. Results Thirteen compounds were isolated and identified as 4-hydroxybenzaldehyde (1), 4-hydroxyacetophenone (2), 5,7-dimethoxy-8-methyl- (4), epicatechin (5), catechin (6), epigallocatechin (7), gallocatechin (5), epigallocatechin (8), coumaric acid (9), phenethyl-O-β-D-glucoside (10), acetophenone-4-O-β-D-glucoside (11) Methoxyacetophenone-4-O-β-D-glucoside (12), 3,4-dihydroxycinnamate-3-O-glucoside (13). Conclusion All the compounds were isolated from this plant for the first time.
