扩大内需的关键是开发新的消费热点,而文化消费是经济发展和人民收入水平提高的历史趋势和必然选择,我国的文化消费市场潜力巨大。因此,鼓励和引导大众文化消费是扩大内需的重要途径。为此,需要提高居民的文化消费能力,培养居民的文化消费意识,提供丰富的、高质量的文化产品,营造良好的文化消费环境。
The key to expanding domestic demand is to develop new consumer hot spots, while cultural consumption is a historical trend and an inevitable choice for economic development and people’s income raising. China’s market for cultural consumption has great potential. Therefore, encouraging and guiding mass cultural consumption is an important way to expand domestic demand. To this end, we need to enhance residents ’cultural spending power, cultivate residents’ awareness of cultural consumption, provide rich and high-quality cultural products and create a good cultural and consumer environment.
