“燃烧热测定”是高等学校化学及有关专业必修的一个重要物理化学教学实验。实验中利用氧弹式量热计对样品的燃烧热进行测定,在实际实验教学过程中,存在着点火成功率低等问题,延长了规定的实验时间,降低学生对实验的兴趣。本文设计一种特殊圆形垫片,进行压片前,垫片安置在压片机钢模底部,从而有效避免点火丝的压断或损害,将实验点火成功率提高到97%、保证实验规定时间内完成。
“Determination of combustion heat ” is an important physics and chemistry teaching experiment for higher school chemistry and related majors. In the experiment, the calorimetric calorimeter was used to measure the heat of combustion of the sample. During the actual experimental teaching, there was a problem of low success rate of ignition, which prolonged the prescribed experiment time and reduced students’ interest in the experiment. In this paper, a special round gasket was designed. Before the tabletting, the gasket was placed on the bottom of the die of the tablet press, so as to effectively prevent the ignition wire from breaking or damaging. The success rate of the experiment ignition was raised to 97% Time to complete.
