目的:研究早期静脉营养支持对肺癌患者术后免疫功能的影响。方法:选取2013年5月到2015年5月我院收治的肺癌行择期手术者110例,按照随机数字表法将患者分为研究组和对照组,每组55例,研究组术后第1天给予早期静脉营养支持治疗,对照组术后第2天给予流质饮食,比较术前、术后第1天和第7天T细胞亚群、转铁蛋白(TFN)以及前白蛋白(PA)。结果:术后第1天两组CD3+、CD4+、CD8+均显著降低,与术前比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),研究组术后第7天CD3+、CD4+、CD4+/CD8+显著升高,CD8+显著降低,与术前和对照组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组术后第7天PA和TFN显著升高,与术前和对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:早期静脉营养支持能改善肺癌患者术后营养状况,提高其免疫功能。
Objective: To study the effect of early intravenous nutritional support on postoperative immune function in patients with lung cancer. Methods: From May 2013 to May 2015, 110 patients with lung cancer undergoing elective surgery in our hospital were selected. According to the random number table, the patients were divided into study group and control group, with 55 cases in each group. The patients in study group 1 Day, and control group received liquid diet on the second postoperative day. T-cell subsets, transferrin (TFN), and prealbumin (PA) were compared before and 1 day and 7 days after operation. . Results: On the first postoperative day, the levels of CD3 +, CD4 + and CD8 + were significantly decreased in both groups (P <0.05), and the levels of CD3 +, CD4 + and CD4 + / CD8 + (P <0.05). The levels of PA and TFN in study group on the 7th day after operation were significantly higher than those in the preoperative and control groups (P <0.05), and the difference was statistically significant P <0.05). Conclusion: Early intravenous nutritional support can improve the nutritional status of patients with lung cancer and improve their immune function.
