分析了铸嘴壁面复合传热方式,计算了不同导热系数和不同壁面厚度的壁面传热率,通过分析得出结论:铸嘴材料导热系数和铸嘴壁厚度尺寸对壁面传热率影响大,铸嘴型腔温度对壁画传热率影响小,对于同一材料和壁面厚度尺寸的铸嘴,常规铸轧和超薄快速铸轧的热损失基本相同。
The composite heat transfer modes of nozzle face were analyzed and the heat transfer rates of wall with different thermal conductivity and different wall thickness were calculated. It was concluded through analysis that the thermal conductivity of nozzle material and the thickness of nozzle wall had a great influence on the heat transfer rate of wall, The temperature of the nozzle cavity has little effect on the heat transfer rate of the murals. The heat loss of the conventional material and the thickness of the nozzle is the same for both conventional and ultra-thin rapid casting.
