Applying the theory of multiple scattering to obtain the antiproton optical potential of the medium energy region. This optical potential is expanded to include the spin-orbit coupling terms and used to find the anti-proton distorted wave. Under the approximation of the torsional wave impulse, the differential cross sections and polarizations of the inelastic scattering of protons and nuclei in the region can be discussed. Calculate the antiproton energy from 180-508 MeV (12) C (,) (12) C 2 +, 3-state and Pf (θ). The theory at the low-end can fit the experiment well.
