建立资源环境承载力评价指标体系,利用AHP-熵权TOPSIS法测算2014年湖北省103个县域的资源环境承载力,并使用探索性空间数据分析方法研究承载力水平的空间格局特征,以期为湖北省制定土地利用空间和产业发展规划提供参考和借鉴。结果表明,湖北省各县市区的资源环境承载力存在两极分化,承载力高的地区包括恩施市、十堰市等鄂西地区,承载力较低的主要是武汉、宜昌等地的市区,整体呈现显著的空间正自相关,同时低值集聚显著性更强。LISA聚集图和冷热点分析表明,鄂西处于承载力热点和“高高聚集”区,武汉市区、宜昌市东北部区县处于承载力冷点和“低低聚集”区。最后在分析资源环境承载力空间格局形成原因的基础上,提出了提高承载力水平的建议。
The evaluation index system of resources and environment carrying capacity was set up. The resources and environment carrying capacity of 103 counties in Hubei Province were measured by AHP-entropy TOPSIS method. The exploratory spatial data analysis method was used to study the spatial pattern of carrying capacity. The results show that the carrying capacity of resources and environment in counties and cities in Hubei Province is polarized. The areas with high bearing capacity include Enshi City and Shiyan City and other western Hubei Provinces. The lower bearing capacity is mainly urban areas such as Wuhan and Yichang, Overall significant spatial autocorrelation is present, while low-value agglomeration is significantly more significant. LISA aggregation map and hot and cold spots analysis show that western Hubei is in bearing hot spots and high concentration areas, and Wuhan urban areas and northeastern Yichang districts and counties are in bearing cold spots and low-lying gathering areas. Finally, based on the analysis of the reasons for the formation of the spatial pattern of the bearing capacity of resources and environment, suggestions are put forward to improve the carrying capacity.
