三峡水利枢纽的研究工作,从规划牲设计到初步设计要点已经两年多了。我今天在这个会上就三峡坝区研究工作的思想领导问题,提出几点意见,供大家讨论参考。(一)具体分析两个坝区的各种复杂条件在长江流域规划要点阶段肯定三峡可以建坝以后,在什么地方建坝就成为人们注意的中心问题了。经过查勘,大家一致同意从三峡下口的南津关溯江而上在五十五公里的河段上,可以作为选择坝址线的研究范围。在这一河段上,又可分作两个坝区,一个是以南津关为代表的石灰岩区,一个是以三斗坪为代表的火成岩区。研究工作的任务是在分析比较中,论证三峡大坝究竟建筑在石灰岩地区好些,还是建筑在火成岩地区好些?这个问题在国内外专家
The research work on the Three Gorges Project has been more than two years from planning design to preliminary design. At this meeting today, I made some comments on the ideological leadership of the research work on the Three Gorges Dam area for discussion and reference. (A) a detailed analysis of the various complex conditions of the two dam areas in the planning stage of the Yangtze River Basin affirmed the Three Gorges Dam can be built after where the dam has become the focus of attention. After the survey, we all agreed that from the mouth of the Three Gorges, the Nanjin River upstream of the river in the 55 km of the river can be used as a choice of dam line of research. In this section of river, it can be divided into two dam areas, one is limestone area represented by Nanjin Pass and the other is igneous area represented by Sandouping. The task of the research work is to demonstrate that the construction of the Three Gorges Dam is better in the limestone area or whether the building is better in the igneous rock area in the analysis and comparison.
