全军医学期刊编辑学会成立大会暨第一次会员代表大会于1987年11月16日至18日在上海第二军医大学召开。各军区、海空军、各军医大学、兽医大学、解放军总医院、军事医学科学院、人民军医出版社的代表共42人出席了大会。聂荣臻元帅为大会作了“编辑工作是科学技术发展的关键一环”的重要题词。大会收到中国科技期刊编辑学会等兄弟学会、军内外著名的专家教授发来的贺词、贺信和贺电。第二军医大学张文 The establishment of the Editorial Committee of the PLA Medical Journals and the first member congress were held at the Second Military Medical University in Shanghai from November 16 to November 18, 1987.
