目的分析维药强力玛得土力阿亚特蜜膏治疗脑血栓及其作用机理。方法选取符合试验要求的SD雄性大鼠60只采用线栓法制成大脑中动脉阻塞的局灶性脑缺血模型,平均分为A组、B组、C组、D组,A组采取正常饲料喂养,B组采取生理盐水灌胃,C组使用步长脑心通胶囊灌胃,D组采取维药强力玛得土力阿亚特蜜膏灌胃,进行神经功能缺损评分对比。结果 A组与B组神经系统功能评分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),D组、C组与B组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),对局灶性脑缺血大鼠血清中TNF-α、IL-1β、ICAM-1于脑组织中TNF-α、IL-1β、ICAM-1,D组、C组与B组相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),但是C组与D组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),结论维药强力玛得土力阿亚特蜜膏对脑组织具有保护作用,与阻断TNF-α、IL-1β、ICAM-1级联反应有关。
Objective To analyze the mechanism of cerebral thrombosis and its mechanism of action by aided therapy. Methods Sixty male Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into A group, B group, C group and D group. The rats in group A were given normal diet Group B was treated with Naoxintong capsule intragastrically in group C, Group D was given intragastric aortal ointment, and the score of neurological deficit was compared. Results There were significant differences in neurological function scores between group A and group B (P <0.05), but there was a significant difference between group D and group C (P <0.05) The levels of TNF-α, IL-1β and ICAM-1 in the serum of the rats were significantly lower than those in the B group (P < 0.05). However, there was no significant difference between group C and group D (P> 0.05) .Conclusion Vitamin A strong mortar had the protective effect on brain tissue, -1β, ICAM-1 cascade reaction.
