目的:了解1998～2005年北京市海淀区户籍产妇的人口学特征及变化趋势。方法:1998～2005年分娩的户籍为北京市海淀区的48 429例产妇资料用SPSS 11.0进行分析。结果:初产妇平均年龄29.78岁,高龄初产妇占7.6%,有逐年增高的趋势;海淀区受过高等教育(大专及以上学历)的产妇比例已经高达70.4%,并有逐年增高的趋势。结论:海淀区产妇初产年龄偏高,高龄初产妇比例大,并有逐年增高的趋势,高龄使孕产妇并发症和妊娠不良结局增加。海淀区产妇文化程度高,干部和科教医药业等高层次职业所占比重较大(近40%)。海淀区孕产妇保健管理工作要针对海淀区产妇人口学特征。
Objective: To understand the demographic characteristics and trends of household immigrant women in Haidian District, Beijing from 1998 to 2005. Methods: The data of 48 429 mothers who gave birth in 1998 ~ 2005 in Haidian District of Beijing were analyzed by SPSS 11.0. Results: The average age of primipara was 29.78 years old, accounting for 7.6% of the total. The proportion of primiparous women in Haidian district was as high as 70.4% with a year-on-year increase. Conclusion: The initial primiparous age in Haidian district is high, the proportion of early primiparous women is high, and there is a trend of increasing year by year. The advanced age makes maternal complications and poor outcome of pregnancy increase. Haidian District, a high degree of maternal education, cadres and science and education and other high-level occupational medicine occupy a larger proportion (nearly 40%). Haidian District, maternal health management work should be targeted Haidian district maternal characteristics.
