主要研究TPA1010含量和增容剂对HDPE/PA1010共混合金材料阻隔性能及力学性能的影响。结果表明:当PA1010含量达到15%以上时,共混合金的阻隔性能有显著提高。增容剂含量存在最佳值.增容剂含量过大或过小时,都不利于共混合金阻隔性能的提高。为了改善共混合金的抗冲击性能,在一定范围内适当增加增容剂含量是一种有效的方法。增容剂的种类对共混合金的力学性能也有较大影响。
The main research TPA1010 content and compatibilizer on the HDPE / PA1010 blend alloy material barrier properties and mechanical properties. The results show that when the PA1010 content reaches more than 15%, the barrier properties of the blended alloy increase significantly. There is an optimum amount of compatibilizer. Excessive compatibilizer content or too small, are not conducive to improving the barrier properties of blended alloys. In order to improve the impact resistance of the alloy, it is an effective method to increase the content of compatibilizer properly in a certain range. The type of compatibilizer also has a great influence on the mechanical properties of the alloy.
