针对目前我国大部分的陆地油气井仍依靠人工监测泥浆液位来预测和判断钻井事故的问题,本文设计了一种自动灌浆监控系统,该系统通过ZigBee无线传感器网络进行泥浆液位信息的实时采集,PLC进行自动灌浆控制,并由上位机实现远程监控和事故报警,为钻井作业中的灌浆监控提供了稳定、可靠、低成本的实施方案,不仅方便了系统的安装、拆卸,而且达到了降低成本的目的。
In view of the fact that most of the onshore oil and gas wells in our country still depend on the manual monitoring of the mud level to predict and judge the drilling accident, an automatic grouting monitoring system is designed in this paper. The system realizes the real-time information of the mud level through the ZigBee wireless sensor network , PLC automatic grouting control, and by the host computer to achieve long-range monitoring and accident alarm for drilling grouting in operation monitoring provides a stable, reliable, low-cost implementation of the program, not only to facilitate the installation of the system, but also to reduce The purpose of cost.
