1994～1996年间，我院收治因触电致呼吸心跳骤停5例，作者参与院前及院内急救。现报道如下。l临床资料：5例均系男性青壮年，年龄为21～29岁，其中建筑民工4例，其他工人1例，触电时均在夏秋雨季。水中带电作业3例，电击部位为足底部；另两例的电击部位为手掌部。电击后，均呈 From 1994 to 1996, our hospital treated 5 cases of respiratory arrest caused by electric shock, and the author participated in pre-hospital and in-hospital emergency. Report as follows now. l clinical data: 5 cases were male young adults, aged 21 to 29 years old, of which 4 were construction workers, other workers in 1 case, both in the summer when the electric shock rainy season. Water live work in 3 cases, the electric shock site for the foot; the other two cases of the electric shock area for the palm. After the shock, were all
