简要介绍确定型槽中心的各种经验方法和理论分析方法.主应力法计算锻模型槽中心能从理论上考虑主要影响因素,比较合理,但计算繁琐.本文以手柄类模锻件为例,编制计算程序,在手提式PC-1500计算机上用主应力法计算型槽中心.不同情况下的计算结果表明,在通常情况下,锻件厚度尺寸,锻件各部分以及毛边的变形温度不一致,毛边尺寸等,对型槽中心位置的影响不大.对其他确定型槽中心的方法进行了比较.
