本文试验研究了液压机械拉延工艺的成形过程和工艺特点,通过对拉延过程中板材的应力分析,说明了该工艺强化拉延过程的原因。通过试验和理论分析提出了该种工艺的主要参数(油压力——行程曲线)的计算方法。试验结果表明,采用此种工艺方法一次可拉延出高度与直径之比(h/d)等于1.2的抛物体零件,可代替7~8次普通拉延工序。此工艺适用于拉延筒形、锥形、球形和抛物体形等各种形状的零件。
In this paper, the forming process and the process characteristics of the hydraulic mechanical drawing process are experimentally studied. The reason of the strengthening drawing process of the drawing process is illustrated through the stress analysis of the sheet during the drawing process. Through the experiment and theoretical analysis, the calculation method of the main parameters of this kind of technology (oil pressure - stroke curve) is proposed. The test results show that the paraboloid parts with the height-to-diameter ratio (h / d) equal to 1.2 can be drawn once by this kind of process to replace 7-8 ordinary drawing processes. This process is suitable for drawing cylindrical, tapered, spherical and parabolic-shaped parts of various shapes.
