降低金融风险有赖于员工工作中遵守纪律,而日常表现出不规范行为的员工则可能造成更大的金融风险。从组织的角度考察了组织决策的公平程度,并从领导的角度考察了领导的苛责式督导,探讨了如何防范、降低金融风险于日常管理活动之中。在华北和东北地区5家金融企业里搜集了172名员工和他们的直接上级的数据。分析结果表明:领导的苛责式督导、员工对企业缺乏承诺以及企业的不公平环境可导致员工的不当行为;同时,领导的苛责式督导往往通过员工的低承诺起作用,而组织的公平环境可以在一定程度上舒缓苛责式督导的效果。总之,可以通过组织和领导角度来加强管理,降低金融企业的风险。

It examines the fairness of organizational decision-making from the perspective of the organization and examines the blame supervision of the leadership from the perspective of leadership.
