为制订四川金药的质量标准，采用反相高效液相色谱法测定血竭及含血竭的中成药中血竭素的含量。实验结果表明：以甲醇－０．０５ｍｏｌ／Ｌ磷酸二氢钠（５１∶５０）（磷酸调节ｐＨ３．１０～３．１５）作流动相，用ＯＤＳ柱能使血竭素有很好的分离。同时利用甲醇为洗脱剂，对血竭中其余高保留组分进行洗脱，能缩短测定时间，提高工作效率。该方法简便，结果准确，精密度较高
In order to establish the quality standard of Sichuan gold medicine, the content of Dracorhodin in Chinese medicine and dried blood of dragon’s blood was determined by reversed-phase high-performance liquid chromatography.
