以乳酸菌、枯草芽孢杆菌、硝化细菌和链球菌等制成的益生菌复合制剂,用于鲤鱼模拟养殖状态下,研究了它们对养殖水体的水质指标、鱼体生长情况的影响。结果表明,益生菌复合制剂的使用使水体的CODcr值呈现下降趋势,并最终稳定在270mg/L左右,污染物质的去除率70%以上;NH4—N先呈上升趋势,在第6d后由于硝化和反硝化作用加强出现下降趋势;NO2—N保持明显的低水平,维持在1.3mg/L;DO值维持5.0mg/L。
