E—605的分析方法很多,有紫外线法、极谱法、比色法及滴定法等数种。前两种方法需用精密仪器,而 NaNo_2滴定法操作步骤虽然比较简单,但由于工业产品中含有的对硝基酚不易全部除净,同时终点较难掌握,所得结果不够准确。本试验的目的在于探求应用“全量磷钼蓝比色法”(参看汪时中编写的农药分析第192—194页,1959,上海科技出版社)以及用纯 KH_2PO_4代替纯 E—605配制标准曲线,分析 E—605可混合油
E-605 many analytical methods, there are UV, polarography, colorimetric and titration and so on. The first two methods require precision instruments, while the NaNo_2 titration method steps are relatively simple, but due to industrial products containing p-nitrophenol is not easy to remove all the net, while the end point is more difficult to grasp, the results obtained are not accurate enough.
