目的:比较铁牛七生品与炮制品在抗炎镇痛作用方面的差异。方法:采用二甲苯致小鼠耳郭肿胀实验比较铁牛七生品与炮制品的抗炎作用差异,设置6个实验组,统计各组小鼠耳郭肿胀度,计算各组药物的抑肿率;采用冰醋酸致小鼠扭体疼痛反应实验比较铁牛七生品与炮制品的镇痛作用差异,设置4个实验组,统计各实验组小鼠疼痛潜伏时间及15 min内扭体次数。结果:二甲苯致小鼠耳郭肿胀实验中,各实验药组小鼠的耳郭肿胀度均小于空白对照组小鼠,各实验药组抑肿率明显;冰醋酸致小鼠扭体疼痛反应实验中,各实验药组小鼠扭体次数均明显少于空白对照组,阳性药组小鼠的潜伏期长于其他各组,铁牛七生品组及炮制品组潜伏期与空白对照组比较差异无统计学意义。结论:铁牛七生品与炮制品均有明显抗炎镇痛作用,且两者的抗炎镇痛作用无显著差异。
OBJECTIVE: To compare the differences in anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects of the semen products and processed products of the trachea. Methods: The anti-inflammatory effects of seven ears of raw beef and processed products were compared using xylene-induced ear auricle swelling test. Six experimental groups were set up to calculate the swelling degree of each group of mice, and the inhibition rate of each group of drugs was calculated The acetic acid-induced writhing reaction in mice was used to compare the analgesic effects of the seven kinds of processed and processed products.
