目的评价心脉通胶囊对慢性脑供血不足患者的临床效果。方法选取2013年5月~2014年4月在我院治疗的慢性脑供血不足患者80例，将所有患者随机分为实验组和对照组，每组患者40例。其中，对照组患者通过口服尼莫地平片进行常规治疗，实验组患者在对照组所采用的常规治疗的基础上加服心脉通胶囊进行治疗。检测并比较两组患者在治疗前后的血液流变学和血流动力学指标，并评价两组患者治疗前后的临床效果。结果通过统计学分析，实验组患者在治疗后的血液流变学与血液动力学指标相对于对照组均得到明显的改善(均<0.05)；治疗后实验组的治疗有效率明显高于对照组(<0.05)。结论心脉通胶囊具有改善血液流变学和血液动力学的作用，能明显提高对慢性脑供血不足的治疗效率，值得临床推广。“,”Objective To evaluate the ef ect of Xinmaitong capsule in the treatment of chronic cerebral circulation insuf iciency.Methods Selected 80 chronic cerebral circulation insuf iciency patients in our hospital from May 2013 to April 2014,al the cases were randomly divided into experimental group and control group.The cor esponding random numbers of the experimental group were even,and the cor esponding random numbers of the control group were odd,and there were 40 patients in each group.Gave al the patients the same basic treatment,the patients in control group were routinely treated by using nimodipine tablets, patients in the treatment group were treated with Xinmaitong capsule besides using nimodipine tablets,determined of hemorheology indexes and cerebrovascular hemodynamic index, then compared the total ef icient rate of treatment of the two groups.Results After treatment,compared with the control group,the clinical symptoms and signs of patients in the treatment group got significant improvement ( <0.05),and the total ef icient rate of treatment in treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group ( <0.05).Conclusion Xinmaitong capsule can significantly improve the chronic cerebral circulation insuf iciency patients' clinical symptoms and signs,improve the total ef icient rate of treatment,it was worthy of clinical promotion.
