目前,开展电子商务是我国企业广泛推广的一种网络经营方式,然而,从国家信息产业部最新调查获悉,中国电子商务运作尚未成熟,网上交易额仅为零售量的0.02%(比美国低70倍),而且有60%被访者对中国电子商贸服务不满意,80%被访者对网上购物安全性信心不足,不过有超过90%被访者有意尝试网上购物。这些调查数据足以让国内上网企业对电子商务这一新事物进行冷静地思考与认真地研究。
At present, launching e-commerce is a kind of network operation mode widely promoted by Chinese enterprises. However, according to the latest survey conducted by the State Ministry of Information Industry, the operation of e-commerce in China is not yet mature. The online transaction volume is only 0.02% of the retail volume (70% And 60% of the respondents are not satisfied with the e-commerce services in China. 80% of the respondents are not confident about the safety of online shopping. However, over 90% of the respondents intend to try online shopping. These survey data are sufficient for domestic Internet companies to think calmly and carefully about this new thing in e-commerce.
