煤矿在生产过程中会将大量含有低浓度甲烷的瓦斯直接排放至大气,造成了严重的能源浪费,也加剧了温室效应。本文针对传统的瓦斯富集技术存在的缺点,提出了利用Soret效应进行煤矿瓦斯中混合气的分离和对甲烷的富集。通过理论分析,确定了初始甲烷浓度和温差是影响富集过程的主要参数;并通过实验和数值模拟,研究了这些参数影响富集效果的规律。
During the production process, coal mines will discharge a large amount of methane with low concentrations of methane directly to the atmosphere, causing serious energy waste and aggravating the greenhouse effect. In view of the shortcomings of the traditional gas enrichment technology, this paper proposed the use of Soret effect for the separation of methane in coal mine gas and the enrichment of methane. Through theoretical analysis, it is confirmed that the initial methane concentration and the temperature difference are the main parameters that affect the enrichment process. The effects of these parameters on the enrichment effect are studied through experiments and numerical simulations.
