研究了水泥基材料基体参数对砂浆塑性收缩开裂性能的影响 .结果表明 :水泥品种不同 ,砂浆的塑性开裂性能不同 ;水泥标号增大 ,砂浆的塑性开裂也将加大 ;存在使砂浆塑性开裂最大化的水灰比 ;灰砂比越小 ,砂浆的抗塑性开裂性能越好 ;粗细集料、外加剂种类、混合料品种及掺量也对砂浆的塑性开裂性能有很大影响 .
The effects of matrix parameters of cement-based materials on the plastic shrinkage cracking of mortar were studied. The results show that the plastic cracking behavior of mortar is different with different cement types; the cement scale increases and the plastic cracking of mortar will also increase; The ratio of water to cement is lower; the smaller the ratio of lime to sand is, the better the resistance to plastic cracking of mortar; the type of coarse and fine aggregate, admixture, the variety and content of mixture also have a great influence on the plastic cracking performance of mortar.
