一、前言基础教育课程改革是一项系统工程,需要有一个周期。应当始终贯彻“积极进取、稳妥推进、先立后破、先实验后推广”的工作方针。在国家宏观指导下,实行地方责任制。教育部将组织力量修订现行教学大纲、教材,积极推进教学改革,为过渡到新课程体系做好充分准备。二、基础教育课程改革的具体目标(一)改变课程结构过于强调学科本位、科目过多和缺乏整合的现状,整体设置九年一贯的课程门类和课时比例,并设置综合课程,以适应不同地区和学生发展的需求,体现课程结构的均衡性、综合性和选择性。
