一、前言非调质微合金钢(简称非调质钢),是七十年代发展起来的新型节能钢种。欧美称其为“微合金中碳钢”,日本称其为“非调质高强度钢”。它是应用微合金化技术,在中碳钢中加入微量的V、Nb、N、Ti等特殊元素,使钢材在热锻后空冷状态下得以强化,无需淬火、回火处理,即可达到调质钢所具有的机械性能、满足机械零件的使用要求的一种钢。因此,采用这种钢材,可以简化制造工艺过程,减少能源消耗,降低生产成本。在国内外的汽车生产中,这种钢越来越获得广泛的应用。
