小、组活动是“生本课堂”的有效载体,学生的自主性学习、交流、探究等活动都是分小组进行的。在小组活动的实施过程中,我们发现,潜力生的表现经常被教师所忽略,成为教育的一个盲点。怎样才能改变这种窘境呢?我们课题组做了如下尝试。一、心灵鸡汤潜力生通常表现为自我封闭,对学习没有兴趣,即使他们想同优秀生进行交流,但由于知识水平的差异,导致交流变得低效,甚至是无效。潜力生在课堂上的不作为,有其自身的原因,也有教师的责任。为改变他们的自卑心理,重新拾回学习的勇气和信心,教师应在课前给他们喝“心灵鸡汤”。课前,教师应事先告知将要学习的内容,并对潜力
