目的:评价高聚金葡素在鼻咽癌放射治疗中的作用。方法:108例首诊鼻咽癌患者为治疗组,采用高聚金葡素肌肉注射1000U,每天一次,联合放射治疗;对照组48例单纯放射。照射剂量鼻咽部70~74Gy/7~75w,颈部治疗量约66Gy,预防量约52Gy。结果:鼻咽部肿块在50Gy时和70Gy时的消失率治疗组和对照组分别为866%、991%和396%、958%,二者经χ2检验差别有显著性(P<001)。治疗全过程中发生白细胞下降治疗组和对照组分别为185%和604%,差别有显著性(P<005)。治疗中高聚金葡素有轻度发热反应,无其他毒副作用。结论:高聚金葡素与放射治疗联合具有协同、互补和增敏的作用,是一种良好的生物免疫制剂。
OBJECTIVE: To evaluate the role of high-concentration amasechin in radiotherapy of nasopharyngeal carcinoma. Methods: One hundred and eighty patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma were selected as the treatment group. The mice were injected intramuscularly with 1000U of high-dose a-glucobain once a day for 48 hours. The control group received radiotherapy alone. Radiation dose of nasopharyngeal 70 ~ 74Gy / 7 ~ 7 5w, neck treatment of about 66Gy, prevention of about 52Gy. Results: The disappearance rate of nasopharyngeal mass at 50Gy and 70Gy was 86.6%, 99.1% and 39.6%, 95.8% in the treatment group and the control group respectively. There was a significant difference between the two groups Sex (P <001). The incidence of leukopenia in the whole course of treatment was 18.5% and 60.4% in the treatment group and the control group respectively, with significant difference (P <005). Polygalaectin in the treatment of mild fever, no other side effects. Conclusion: Polygalactin combined with radiotherapy has synergistic, complementary and sensitization effects and is a good bio-immune agent.
