目的通过分析宁波北仑穿山港区入出境船舶资料,探讨外来船舶检疫风险的评估,为确定船舶检疫重点提供一种思路。方法通过搜集船舶资料,分析船舶航行时间与一般传染病潜伏期的关系,确定船舶不同航行时间、不同来源国的检疫重点,比较不同出发国船舶的媒介和动植物疫情检出数据。结果可以根据传染病一般潜伏期的航行时间范围确定船舶的检疫风险;东亚近洋国家和地区是穿山口岸船舶主要入境来源地;数据表明了远洋航行(21 d航行)来源国的医学媒介和动植物疫情检出率高于近洋航行(7 d航行)来源国,但无统计学意义(P=0.160,α=0.05)。结论不同航行时间、不同来源国的船舶携带传染病、医学媒介和动植物疫情的风险不同。
Objective By analyzing the data of entry and exit vessels in Beilun Port of Beilun, Ningbo, this paper discusses the assessment of quarantine risks of foreign vessels and provides a way of thinking for the key points of quarantine of ships. Methods By collecting the ship data and analyzing the relationship between the ship sailing time and the incubation period of common infectious diseases, the quarantine priorities of the ships at different voyage times and in different countries of origin were determined, and the data of the outbreaks of the media and animals and plants in ships of different origin countries were compared. As a result, the quarantine risk of ships can be determined according to the range of sailing time for the general incubation period of infectious diseases; the East Asian Near World countries and waters are the main sources of entry for ships at the port of entry; the data indicate that the medical media and animals and plants The detection rate of the epidemic was higher than that of the country of origin (7-day voyage) near the ocean, but it was not statistically significant (P = 0.160, α = 0.05). Conclusions Different ships have different risks of carrying infectious diseases, medical vectors and animals and plants at different shipping times.
