患儿男,41小时,新生儿败血症。图1P-P规则,P波频率158/分。每3-5个QRS波成一组。每组第一个QRS波(R_1)电轴左倾,呈左前分支阻滞(LAFB)型。从第二个QRS波(R_2)起,电轴极度右倾,并逐搏加重,QRS波也逐搏增宽,从0.10-0.18s,形态是左后分支阻滞(LPFB)型。随后一次QRS波脱落,说明此时三分支皆完全阻滞。以5∶4房室传导为例,说明文克白周期中各分支不同的阻滞程度

From the second QRS wave (R_2), the electric axis is extremely right-inclined and beats by the beat. The QRS wave also has a widened ripple. From 0.10-0.18s, the morphology is left-back branch block (LPFB). Followed by a QRS wave off, indicating that all three branches are completely blocked at this time.
