第一章 总则第一条 为进一步放开放活研究所,建设符合新体制特点的研究所运行机制,特制定本条例。第二条 研究所实行所长负责制和所长任期目标责任制(条例另定)。所长全面负责领导研究所的业务、行政工作。第三条 所长必须认真贯彻民主化、科学化原则,充分运用各种民主管理形式,搞好工作,所长要支持、关心党委、职工代表大会的工作并接受其监督。
Chapter I General Provisions Article 1 These Regulations are formulated in order to further liberalize and relax the research institutes and establish a research institute operating mechanism that is in line with the characteristics of the new system. Article 2 The institute shall implement the director responsibility system and the director responsibility system (the regulations are separately provided). Director of the Institute is fully responsible for leading the business, administrative work. The director of the third article must conscientiously implement the principle of democratization and science, make full use of various forms of democratic management and do a good job of work. The director should support and care for the work of party committees and workers' congresses and accept their supervision.
