分析了内压缩流程空分设备主换热器内温差分布的特点、各段任务及各段对于正流空气压力和流量的要求,利用笔者自己用BOC的GTC物性软件设计的计算模型,计算并讨论了膨胀空气参数如膨胀机前温度、机前压力、膨胀空气量等对换热系统不可逆损失的影响、提出使用热段膨胀机有可能改善主换热器内的温差分布和减少传热过程的不可逆损失,计算了在各种液体比例条件下,使用热段膨胀机对主换热器传热过程火用损失的影响,提出高液体比例时更适合使用热段膨胀机,计算并得到了合适的热段膨胀气量、高压空气压力和流量等随液体比例改变而变化的一些规律。
The characteristics of the temperature difference distribution in the main heat exchanger of the air separation plant in the internal compression process and the requirements of each section for the positive air pressure and the flow rate are analyzed.
