大学时代是学知识长身体的重要阶段,同时也是良好的饮食习惯形成的重要时期,这个阶段掌握一定的营养知识,形成良好的饮食习惯,对于促进生长发育保证身体健康有重要的意义。本文从大学生饮食营养概况、大学生平衡饮食的作用以及提高大学生饮食质量的对策三个方面对当前大学生的饮食营养进行了全面的论述,以增强大学生对平衡饮食营养方面的意识。
University time is an important stage of learning knowledge of the long body, but also an important period of good eating habits, mastery of certain nutritional knowledge at this stage, the formation of good eating habits, for the promotion of growth and development to ensure the health of great significance. This article has carried on the comprehensive discussion to the current university student’s dietary nutrition from three aspects of university students dietary nutrition, the role of college students to balance the diet and improve the diet quality of college students, in order to enhance college students awareness of balanced diet nutrition.
