英文简介是中医医院的国际名片,是吸引国际患者、促进中医药对外交流与合作的重要宣传文本。本文以翻译目的论为指导,选取北京和上海7所三甲中医医院网站的中、英文简介,对比17所美国知名医院的医院简介,分析并探讨中医医院英文简介的内容,语言和文化方面的问题,提出中医医院简介的英译策略为重构信息、归化译文和诠释文化负载语汇。
English profile is an international business card of Chinese medicine hospital, which is an important propaganda text that attracts international patients and promotes the exchange and cooperation of Chinese medicine. Based on translational teleology, this essay chooses the introduction of Chinese and English in the websites of 7 top three Chinese medicine hospitals in Beijing and Shanghai to compare the hospital profiles of 17 well-known American hospitals, analyze and discuss the content, language and cultural aspects of the English introduction of TCM hospitals , Proposed that the English translation strategy of TCM hospital profile should be to reconstruct information, naturalize the translation and interpret the cultural load vocabulary.
