台湾地区卫生院发表在《英国营养杂志》上的一项研究指出,哮喘儿童每天补充4份蔬果、1份秋刀鱼、200 ml优酪乳,连续16周可明显改善肺功能,减少哮喘用药。研究团队将192名五六年级小学生分组,对照组服用安慰剂,实验组服用鱼油、蔬菜水果浓缩物、益生菌等膳食补充物,相当于每天4份比拳头略小的新鲜蔬果、35 g的深海鱼(相当于1份秋刀鱼,或1.5到2.5份的鲑鱼,或0.5到1份的鲔鱼)、200 ml优酪乳或100 g的酸奶,最终对比得出上述结论。
