移相器在直线加速器射频系统中起着十分关键的作用,为了满足大功率加速器的要求,本文研究设计了一种工作频率在975MHz的高功率移相器。结构主要包括弯波导、3分贝电桥和可调短路活塞,调节短路活塞位置可以实现360°移相,结构整体使用金属材料从而能够承受高功率微波传输。本文通过优化和计算,完成了整个移相器结构的设计,并利用仿真软件HFSS对移相器整体进行模拟。结果表明,该移相器可实现0-360°线性移相,而且在整个调节范围内驻波比低于1.02,输出功率幅度变动低于0.01d B。利用CST软件重新计算,两者的结果非常一致。
The phase shifter plays a very important role in the linear accelerator RF system. In order to meet the requirements of the high power accelerator, this paper studies and designs a high power phase shifter with a working frequency of 975MHz. The structure consists of a curved waveguide, a 3 dB bridge and an adjustable short-circuit piston. The position of the short-circuit piston can be adjusted to achieve 360 ° phase shift. The overall structure is made of metal to withstand high-power microwave transmission. In this paper, through the optimization and calculation, the design of the whole phase shifter structure is completed, and the phase shifter is simulated by HFSS. The results show that the phase shifter can achieve linear phase shift from 0-360 °, and the VSWR is lower than 1.02 and the variation of output power is less than 0.01d B over the whole adjustment range. Re-calculated using CST software, the results of the two are very consistent.
