文章简要介绍了非对称多型腔注射模流动平衡产生的机理,并借助于数值模拟技术对非对称多型腔模具的流动平衡进行分析,在流动平衡分析基础上对浇注系统进行优化设计。从分析结果可知:浇注系统对非对称多型腔注射模的流动平衡性影响非常显著,从而为促进非对称多型腔注射模的流动平衡提供了借鉴作用。
In this paper, the mechanism of flow balance in asymmetric multi-cavity injection mold is briefly introduced. The flow balance of asymmetric multi-cavity mold is analyzed by means of numerical simulation. The pouring system is optimized based on flow equilibrium analysis. The results show that the pouring system has a significant influence on the flow balance of the asymmetric multi-cavity injection mold, which provides a reference for promoting the flow balance of the asymmetric multi-cavity injection mold.
