在油气开采与运输的过程中,金属管道的内壁普遍容易发生腐蚀,若遇上多相流的恶劣工况,涂层和缓蚀剂还有可能失效。为解决油气水运输时会普遍碰到的多相流恶劣工况,本文对金属管道的腐蚀机理做了细致的分析,同时也阐述了几种防腐效果较好的手段。金属管道其腐蚀大致有土壤腐蚀、二氧化硫腐蚀、二氧化碳腐蚀、硫化氢腐蚀等几种。而防腐手段主要有管道外涂层技术、阴极保护技术、内涂层及衬里防腐技术、缓蚀剂防腐技术等。本文所讲述的腐蚀机理及防护技术对于管道的铺设及防腐具有重要的指导意义。
In the process of oil and gas exploration and transportation, the inner wall of the metal pipe is generally prone to corrosion. In case of multi-phase flow, the coating and corrosion inhibitor may also fail. In order to solve the harsh conditions of multi-phase flow commonly encountered in the transportation of oil-gas water, this paper analyzes the corrosion mechanism of metal pipes carefully, and also describes several means of better corrosion protection. Metal pipe corrosion of soil erosion, sulfur dioxide corrosion, carbon dioxide corrosion, hydrogen sulfide corrosion several. The main means of anti-corrosion pipe coating technology, cathodic protection, lining and lining anti-corrosion technology, corrosion inhibitor technology. The corrosion mechanism and protection technology described in this paper have important guiding significance for pipeline laying and corrosion prevention.
