7号汽轮机系上海汽轮机厂制造,型号为AK—25—127。该机运行参数为435℃、35个大气压,额定出力为2.5万瓩,于六一年初投入运行,曾因叶片工作部分(即叶型)经常发生断裂事故,而于六八车全部更新。从未发生叶根(即叶片插入轮毂内部分)断裂问题。该机于七四年五月大修时,发现压力第7级有6片(7号、20号、35号、92号、98号、115号)叶片轴向歪出中心线(歪向入汽边),最严重者有3毫米之多。经表面波探伤发现其中有4片已不同程度上断裂;另外还发现43号叶片也已断裂。经拆下叶片证实该5片叶片确已断裂(见照片1)。
Steam Turbine No. 7 is manufactured by Shanghai Steam Turbine Works, model AK-25-127.
