本文采用时域有限差分法(FDTD)分析了高温超导平面传输线。通过共轭偶延拓和逆傅利叶变换,使得具有频域表示式的超导二流体模型能够引入到时域分析中,并建立起稳定的差分格式,应用这一方法分析了超导微带传输线及共面波导的衰减特性和色散特性,计算结果和已发表的准静态分析方法比较,一致性较好,说明了该方法对分析超导体的可行性和正确性。
In this paper, finite-difference time-domain (FDTD) analysis of high temperature superconducting planar transmission line. By conjugate even continuation and inverse Fourier transform, the superconducting two-fluid model with frequency-domain representation can be introduced into the time-domain analysis and a stable differential format is established. By using this method, the superconducting microstrip transmission line And coplanar waveguide attenuation characteristics and dispersion characteristics, the calculated results and the published quasi-static analysis method is better, the consistency is good, shows the feasibility and accuracy of the method for the analysis of superconductors.
