马格尼托哥尔斯克钢铁公司的矿山工作人员,特别注意高炉冶炼前矿石原料合理准备的问题,即按其主要成分有效地混匀矿石,以供应化学——矿物成分相同的矿石原料。矿石的混匀工作分为两步骤进行:即在矿山采矿的过程中,及在选矿厂和烧结厂内进行。矿山混匀工作具有非常重大的意义。出矿时,在各班和昼夜之间,矿石质量波动范围较大,因此在厂里混匀的效果就会显著地降低。
The mine staff at Magnitogorsk Iron & Steel paid special attention to the rational preparation of ore raw materials before blast furnace smelting by effectively mixing the ore according to its main constituents to supply ore raw materials of the same chemical-mineral composition. Ore mixing work is divided into two steps: that is, mining in the process, and in the beneficiation plant and sintering plant. Mine mixing work has a very significant meaning. When the mine is out of ore, there is a wide range of ore quality fluctuations between classes and day and night, so the effect of mixing in the plant will be significantly reduced.
