人类卵细胞间的胞质转移最近作为人类辅助生殖生物技术的手段并成为研究热点。许多研究表明线粒体对卵母细胞的受精和胚胎发育有显著影响。但是, 卵胞质转移伴随着DNA异质即线粒体的异质性。本文对国内外近年来卵胞质转移的研究进展进行综述, 并结合克隆技术对其进一步的发展提出自己的见解—逆克隆技术。
Cytoplasmic transfer between human egg cells has recently become a research hotspot as a means of human assisted reproductive biotechnology. Many studies show that mitochondria have a significant effect on oocyte fertilization and embryonic development. However, oocytoplasmic transfer is accompanied by DNA heterogeneity, ie, mitochondrial heterogeneity. This review summarizes the research progress of oocytoplasm transfer at home and abroad in recent years, and puts forward my own opinion on its further development - cloning technology.
