1.存在问题我厂有一台M50100型7米落地式导轨磨床.该机床的液压系统由主油路、操纵油路及床身-工作台往复滑动导轨副润滑油路组成。在原主油路系统中双联轴向柱塞泵之变量柱塞泵供给油压,经溢流阀调压至2.5MPa,压力油经过换向阀分别控制两个柱塞油缸。驱动工作台作往复移动.移动速度的调整,通过操纵台上的手轮,即调整变量泵内斜油盘之倾角来实现。该液压系统采用工作台床身内腔作油池,但油泵吸油口未设过滤装置。在使用过程中,由于油液的污染,柱塞泵经常发生吸油不畅的现象,声音异常,使用寿命短。工作台往复运行时出现爬行现象,速度时快时慢,严重地影响产品的加

Existing Problems Our factory has a M50100 7m floor-mounted rail grinder.The hydraulic system of the machine is composed of the main oil passage, the control oil passage and the reciprocating sliding guide rail of the bed-workbench. In the original main oil system, the variable displacement piston pump of the double axial piston pump supplies the oil pressure and regulates the pressure to 2.5MPa by the relief valve, and the pressure oil respectively controls two piston cylinders through the reversing valve.
