应用反应速率分析方法,测定了钛片和表面有阳极氧化层的钛片在恒容体系和475~680℃下的吸氘反应速率常数,得到钛片和有阳极氧化层的钛片吸氘的活化能分别为112±2 kJ/mol和187±3 kJ/mol;钛表面氧化层越厚,表观活化能越大;实验证明氧化层具有阻氘性能。
The reaction rate analysis method was used to determine the deuterium absorption rate constant of the titanium plate and the anodized titanium plate on a constant volume system at 475-680 ℃. Titanium plate and anodized titanium plate were obtained. The activation energies were 112 ± 2 kJ / mol and 187 ± 3 kJ / mol, respectively. The thicker the surface of the titanium oxide layer, the larger the apparent activation energy. The oxide layer showed deuterium resistance.
