玉米自交系8112具有配合力高、株型紧凑、产量高等优良性状,是掖单四号等玉米杂交种的亲本之一。但近年在应用其繁种、制种时,常常出现大面积早期枯死现象,产量损失严重。如1989～1990年衡水和石家庄地区几万亩制种田严重减产,不少地块甚至绝收。1990年卢龙、抚宁等县制种田8112出现大面积早衰。为弄清8112早枯及减产的原因,在河北省不同玉米生态区设立病圃进行了玉米大小斑病、丝黑穗病和矮花叶病毒的接种鉴定及玉米青枯病、粗缩病病区自然发病鉴定。并做
